Dùng máy đánh trứng trộn cho đường bột tan hết quyện vào bơ tạo thành hỗn hợp màu vàng nhạt. Đánh tan trứng rồi đổ làm 3 lần vào hỗn hợp bơ đường vừa trộn, mỗi lần đổ trứng vào bạn phải trộn đều, sau đó mới đổ tiếp phần còn lại.
Khi hỗn hợp đồng nhất màu vàng óng bắt mắt. Thì cho 4 – 5 giọt tinh dầu vani vào khuấy đều tay.
Rây bột mì vào. Dùng phới dẹt trộn đều đến khi bạn cảm thấy hỗn hợp mịn là được. Cho hỗn hợp bột vào túi bắt kem, lắp đui.
Trải giấy nến lên trên khay nướng, rồi bắt bột thành hình bông hoa 5 cánh đều nhau. Làm nóng lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 160 độ C, sau đó nướng trong khoảng 15 phút hoặc lâu hơn, tùy kích cỡ của bánh.
