Rây bột mì vào. Dùng phới dẹt trộn đều đến khi bạn cảm thấy hỗn hợp mịn là được. Cho hỗn hợp bột vào túi bắt kem, lắp đui.
Trải giấy nến lên trên khay nướng, rồi bắt bột thành hình bông hoa 5 cánh đều nhau. Làm nóng lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 160 độ C, sau đó nướng trong khoảng 15 phút hoặc lâu hơn, tùy kích cỡ của bánh.
