Cho thịt vào nồi đổ ngập nước đặt lên bếp đun sôi khoảng 4 phút thịt chín. Vớt ra để nguội, cắt lát và cắt tiếp thành miếng nhỏ bằng chiếc đũa.
Dưa leo rửa sạch, cắt đôi trái rồi cắt thành những lát xéo mỏng. Ớt sừng bỏ hạt cắt nhỏ dài.
Cho thịt, dưa đã cắt chung vào một tô. Cho 5 muỗng canh đường, 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1/3 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 2.5 trái chanh vắt lấy nước cốt bỏ hạt, trộn đều.
Cho ớt sừng đã cắt và một nhúm rau răm đã bỏ cọng cắt lớn.Tất cả trộn chung để 5 phút cho thấm gia vị, ăn thử chưa đủ chua thì cho thêm nước cốt chanh vào đảo đều.
Gắp ra đĩa cho rau ngò ngắt khúc bỏ lên trên là có món ăn ngon cho bàn ăn rồi!
