Life is hard bro but you have to find a way to be happy, if your work is taking to much of your time and you are not happy with your life then try to make a change, even small things can help but you definitely need some time for yourself and your mental health

I slept at work a couple of times a week because I lived 60 miles away and had the apartment all to myself. I was working extra hours and doing school work. Figured it was time saved if I sleep at work and don't bother going home for the night. Those were some depressing nights. Paid off though. Education and the experience were great. Got satisfaction in my work. Got a better job and now have interesting stories to tell my kids.

I was once stuck in that mindset, my happiness is depend on the "external factor", make me not appreciate what I have Until once I read something like this, "What make people always happy? Wealthy?Even the wealthiest man can be sad Healthy?Even the fittest man can be sad Etc Try to be always grateful regardless your situation is the key to happiness" Maybe sounds cliche to most of the people, but for me it's really life changer. Get a job you love. Not the easiest job or the best paying job or the job people tell you that you should have. Get a job you love. I can't promise you that everyday will be wonderful. It will be hard and stressful and some days will be bad, but I can promise it will be worth it. You won't dread going to work everyday. You may even be happy to go most days. If you can get a job you love, with coworkers you can make friends with, it makes a world of different to your quality of life... Take this from a high school teacher who is working in a hybrid model during easily the most difficult year in recent history to be a teacher. Everyday is a challenge and I'm still excited to go to work, to see my students and coworkers and to do my job. So trust me and get a job you love.

That minus the driving. Lockdown has me at home for a full year now. Disconnecting from my work-machine let's me know that nothing changes for the rest of the day and so I'm burnt out from having low volume of work and spending that on freetime stuff and when I'm off work I have nothing to do.

Feel your feet every 15 min or so. Look at yourself working, like a close friend (or caring person) would. Check how you feel, how is your posture. Follow your breath if you can. Live, even at work and anywhere. Sometimes we can't make it more comfortable, and that's ok.

Get over it. If you can pull trough and get over that fact and start looking around you a bit more. See whats nice. If you live with negativity, it will overcome your life to a point you see nothing else. Look around. Grab some sunrays. Walk a bit. Take yourself out of your comfort. Dont wait for others to do it for you. How do you expect the world to change around if you can even change yourself first. Do that and then you can work on the world around you.
