Tiếp đó chia bột thành 5 phần bằng nhau rồi dùng dao cắt thành hình tam giác, dùng ống hút tạo thành những lỗ thủng cho giống miếng pho mát. Đặt bánh lên khay nướng có lót giấy nên, chú ý giữ khoảng cách giữa các miếng bột bánh. Bật trước lò ở 165 độ C 10 phút, cho bánh vào lò nướng trong 20 phút, bánh chuyển sang màu vàng nâu đẹp mắt thì lấy bánh ra, đợi nguội hẳn rồi cho vào hũ thủy tinh bảo quản.
