One of my favorite "go to" series
Sometimes you're just in the mood for a little magic. The Key Trilogy satisfies the usual romance quest requirements and takes you on a journey in a world you wish were real, with beautiful, witty women and gorgeous rich men. As with most Nora Roberts books, everything is a touch too perfect... Which is what makes it a great escape read.
Outstanding Book
This is such a great book, that I look forward to going back and reading these stories again like some that I already have, and I am impatient to read the rest of Nora Roberts' stories right now. Hot, Hot, Hot, love scenes, a well written, creative and intriguing story about family plus inventive, vivid characters, all on top of seriously wonderful love and romance. Each story is about one key person, usual in a family, or close group of friends, they are linked through intricate, messy links and it's almost like a movie you get the privilege of witnessing about these people's powerful, emotional, and often times painful journey towards falling in love. Roberts is one of my most favorite author's, and she doesn't disappoint in this series. Her unique style and classy, yet moving love scenes, paint a beautiful picture that leaves a person longing for something similar for themselves. All of that is combined into this fantastic series and make this book a "must-have"!!!! I didn't want to set it down....seriously!! Lol I was nodding off over my book on several different occasions. Worth the price and more to have a Nora Roberts book in your library collection!!!!!!
Best ever
This is my favorite book by Nora, look at me as uf i know Nira Roberts! She is favorite author, always a wonderful read, even her earlier books, i love when she re- releases them with some changes. The best is how she incorporates animals and their personality. The characters are believable and bring our your emotions and thought provoking. Cant say enough about her books!
Great book for women, Most men will like it also, making it a super choice for traveling together.
Good Book for a car trip 10 hrs one way and then back home again after visiting. The "Trilogy" is three related stories that follow three women on a sort of treasure hunt. The book holds your interest, makes you think, makes you laugh too, in many places. Interesting enough to make you delay stopping until you get to the end of whatever disck you are on.. Sort of a mystery/suspense/fantasy with some "Chick Flick" intertwined.
Outstanding
I have loved every book that Nora Roberts has at written but the Key Trilogy has to come close to being her very best. How she comes up with her ideas is just amazing. I simply couldn't put the books down. I feel I know her characters personally. Thank You for sharing with your unbelievable talent with us.
Love Nora Roberts Audio series
Years ago I read the Key Trilogy and enjoyed it. I enjoy listening to the old books while sewing etc. They are getting harder to find at the library so I purchased several of the series. The 1st set I received of the Key series was defective - the tracks were all jumbled. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was so easy to return and the replacement arrived in 4 days and it's perfect! Love stories set in Ireland. Great narrator. Nobody does dialog as well as Nora! Her characters make me laugh and can bring tears to my eyes.
A great adventure and a personal journey
The experiences of the 3 women, the men they meet, know and love, are extraordinary. The pain, the doubts, the journey to their futures is not without challenges, but is very worthwhile. Their self confidence, knowledge and love overcomes all of this as they grow into the women they are meant to be. The men in their lives are blessed to be with women who know their own self worth.
Keys Triligoy
This was my second Nora Roberts Trilogy...I had previously read the Three Sisters Island trilogy and was so "sold" that I just had to have more Nora Roberts. This was as good if not better than Three sisters. The plots always seem to revolve around one of the 3 characters (one per book).I have just completed my third trilogy: Diamonds of the sun, Tears of the moon and Heart of the Sea. I loved this series so much I started thinking with an Irish "brough" (sp). I am now ordering my 4th set and can hardly wait to receive shipment, I feel I am not "reading" unless I am reading a new trilogy. As with the New Moon series, it is pleasant that the story doesn't just end, you know there are more to come...until you come to the end of the 3rd book at which time you are ready to move on to some new characters and plots...but certainly not disappointed. I hope there is a Nora Roberts fan club, because I will join...some of these trilogies I believe would make great mini-series on Lifetime Movie Channel. Happy Reading!!!
A Trilogy of Timeless Pleasure
I read the Key Trilogy years ago, one paperback at a time. After being mesmerized by the plot in the first, I couldn’t order the next one fast enough! For the grand finale, I forced myself to slowly savor each challenge Kane, the clever, condescending evil force, presented, and then celebrate each victory over his plots. That was my first visit with the Trilogy. I’ve since re-read several times ! After all, who doesn’t enjoy mystery, magic, impossible challenges and eternal bonds that can, with humor, wit and love, withstand evil Gods ?
Enchanting
Loved this series! A romantic, suspenseful and absolutely enchanting read. Nora Roberts knows so well how to grab your attention, hold it and make you want more.
