Nước sốt làm gỏi gà dưa leo: 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 2 muỗng canh giấm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng canh rượu nấu ăn, 1 muỗng canh sốt chua ngọt (Lao Gan Ma), khuấy đều cho tan gia vị. Sau đó dội ngay chén sốt trộn gỏi gà dưa leo vào đĩa gỏi, trộn đều lên là có thể dùng.
