Tiếp tục để chảo trở lại bếp, thêm 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho rau cải vào xào. Nêm 1 muỗng canh xì dầu, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào, đảo đều. Xào khoảng 3-5 phút cho rau cải chín mềm rồi trút ra đĩa.
Cho vào chảo 2 muỗng canh nước, cho mì đã trụng vào xào. Nêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng canh xì dầu, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào.
Mì chín săn lại thì cho thịt bò và rau cải vào, đảo đều cho các nguyên liệu quyện vào nhau rồi tắt bếp.
