These are so fun for babies! I got some after seeing my daughter light up at playing with scarves in a play class. There were enough for me to keep a set and give a set to my baby nephew. They have held up after a few washes in the washing machine, although they will not last forever.

My girls have already had tons of imaginative play with all sorts of creative ideas sparked by the colorful silks, from head wraps and pretending to be Mary to butterfly wings and more. Even the baby loves to see them Waving in the air.

My 3 year old son loves these. He has autism and these are great sensory toys. He loves how they feel when I throw them in the air and he runs through them. Their bright colors and slow fall helps encourage him to visually track their movements. Blowing on them encourage imitation and are good as an oral motor exercise. And of course the most important part is that they are just a lot of fun!

I absolutely love these silk scarves. They are essential for helping my developmentally delayed toddler learn colors and understand directional words like up and down. Also great for peekaboo and object hide and seek activities as. We love to use them for dancing too. Every tot needs these!!

Install Flash Player I have a 3 year old daughter and a 1.5 year old daughter--both who love to dance and play dress-up. So when the seller offered me these scarves to test for my unbiased opinion, I was super-stoked! We saved them for a surprise for my daughter's July 4 birthday party. She had about 10 friends over and they all put on princess costumes and ran around the yard throwing and twirling these scarves like little dancers. They were so ridiculously cute! The scarves are a fine mesh-like material--much like scarves you may remember from any movement classes you may have done as a child. The material is very classic. It almost floats down if you throw it into the air. The edges of the scarves are finished really well with a rolled hem. I inspected them and don't believe that they will fray or come undone...even when lots of use these kids will give them. The colors are vibrant and fun...bold! And the size is perfect for little people to dance, put over their faces, throw, and generally have a good time with. Check out the video I uploaded for a closer look at the construction and appearance of these scarves!

I bring a bag of toys when I go see my nieces/nephew, ages 6, 3, and 9mos., and they are in love with these, requesting them every time. You could throw these things with all your might, and never hurt anyone, because they are as light and floaty as can be. When I first got them out, the kids weren't sure what to do with them and sort of ignored them. But I started tossing them high, letting them catch as many as they could as they floated down, and the kids' creativity flowed from there. "Now let's catch them on our heads! Now let's say it's a leaf pile! Now let's hang them over our arms and pretend we're birds and flap them off! Now let's lay them out on the floor and pretend they're hot lava!" Their favorite, for some reason, is pretending they're getting sprayed with "paint" as they run past while I throw a color at them. Every. Time. Certainly easier cleanup than paint! The baby thinks it's hilarious to catch them on his head, to peek through the colored mesh, to hear me announce the colors as I throw them, and to sit in a big pile of them. They make a pretty decent sized pile! (Yes I supervise closely, prob not safe to leave these totally alone with a baby.) Also great for practicing throwing and catching and beginning juggling. They are well made, brightly colored (just like the pic), and feel nice. They fold flat or squish into a small container. They come out wrinkled, but still work fine. I have thrown them in the dryer for 5 min to straighten them out again.

We used these for a dance recital. The colors I received are actually a little darker than the scarves look in the picture. I tied a knot in the middle of each scarf for the four-year old students to hold on to and it worked great.

Great multiple use toy. We put them in our o-ball, use them as music scarves, very fun. They unravel a bit with use though.

The scarves come in beautiful vibrant colors and they are so much fun to play with. I introduced them to friends and we are learning how to juggle with them. We spent the whole time laughing. (I didn't know that juggling scarves would be so aerobic.) I bought 2 more packages of them.

I used these for group therapy and my patient's love them. they clean easily and after at least 4 washes have not frayed in the slightest which surprised me. This was a great way to get a ton of scarves on the cheap.
