Easy to use. Works great when locking and unlocking my 5th wheel hitch.

As a 5'8" ford technician I find myself crawling up a lot of bumpers and tires, this is easily the handiest thing in my workspace, makes working in what would usually be hard-to-reach spots in the engine bay a breeze. Good and sturdy step with many adjustments to fit many applications!

I did not know that something like this even existed until I seen it on Amazon. I own a 2010 Toyota tundra and I am 5'8" so I'm short and it's hard to reach over into the bed of my truck to grab anything, so I bought this to hook on the tire to alleviate that problem and I can't express to you enough how great of a product this is for short people LOL but in all seriousness it works exactly like they describe it and it is very very sturdy and strong enough to hold me up and I weigh 250 pounds. Everyone who owns a truck that the bed sets up high off the ground needs to purchase one of these. I highly recommend it.

Bought 2 as Christmas gifts for my brothers and they both tell me they work great. Lite sturdy handy collapsible and fits over the tires with no problems. One has a gm 1/2 ton and the other has a ford 3/4 ton super duty. Would definitely recommend this item. Comes in real handy for hooking up 5th wheel and goose neck trailers.

makes life so much easier to reach the roof rack on my extended height truck topper. easy to fold , easy to open. only wish it could be adjusted to lower a little more. Big step for those that are vertically challenged and using on 20" wheels.

My 4X4 truck is fairly tall. I am not !!! Cleaning the top, the hood and checking the oil was almost impossible. This item did the trick !!! Only thing that would make it better is if it came with some kind of strap to hold it together so it wouldn't rattle under the back seat of my Crew Cab truck. Great item though, well made and will last forever. I am 235 pounds and not problem holding me.

Only used this one time since it arrived on my Dodge Ram 2500. It has already paid for itself. It adjusted to my tire size perfectly. Also pretty stable for a 285 pound fellow. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all standing on it. Put this purchase off for years. Now that I am old, it is a necessity.

I researched all the different tire steps available, and came to two conclusions. . . (1) Half of them are the exact same model made by one manufacturer, with wildly different prices. (2) The other ones are made with very little thought. This step platform has sawtooth-edged, perforated holes which will allow great traction as you're bending over into the engine compartment to remove pesky spark plug #6, or scrub mud off the roof. The others have a much smoother platform that would be slippery doing such things, more so when wet. The adjustment for platform height and tire width are quick and easy, with clipped-in-place pins. . . One thing I noticed in several stock photos is that the step had a severe downward tilt while mounted. Those steps are improperly fitted to the tire. Get the depth setting snug, and finalize the angle by setting the adjustable rubber footed feet, which rest against the sidewall of the tire. My attached pics show this tire step on my 35" x 12.5" tires. Got a very level step adjustment on a rather large tire with a very a bulbous sidewall, due to 15" wheels. Came packaged exactly as in the stock photo. Couldn't be better.

My husband purchased this for me for when we go camping so that I can climb safely to reach something on the inside back of the truck. It has really helped me because we have a Ford F250 and only being 5'2 makes it difficult to climb into the back of the truck. I would recommend this step to anyone.

I'm 5'8" and about 180lbs, I am a professional auto shop owner. I occasionally work on 3/4 ton trucks, and I don't really allow the owners to babysit me when I work on their vehicles, I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate me climbing under the hood and sitting on the fender (but until I bought this step, there's NOT another way to do it) SUV's, pickups of any size, and even cars. This is awesome, and it's pretty sturdy. The tire pad things could be a bit bigger, but I just wrapped them with duct tape to make them contact the tire more (P-rated tires deflect quite a bit but I havnt had a puncture or anything) This is a bad-ass product. You work on vehicles that are taller than a typical sedan, you need this.
